Hello everyone I'm been authoring dvd svcd ect for a little while now and I think I got a good grasp on most of the aspect of it but I'm having a real problem with Tmpegenc Plus 2.5. I recently converted some DVD to xvid to store on my notebook so that i could watch them on a road trip. Now I got bored so I thought i would try reauthoring my xvid back to a dvd just for shlts & giggles. but everytime i start to encode my xvid to a dvd compliant mpg2, it stops at 50% everytime. I've tried all kinds of different setting. I checked serveral times for bad frames but nothing anyone got some ideas. Im using Tmpeg Plus 2.5 and Koepi's Stable Xvid Codec. Pleaze Help Thank you

Try frameserving it to TMPGenc. You can also try changing the FourCC code used by the video to DivX. I would personally just frameserve it with AVISynth or VirtualDub.
