  1. Hi all

Just been working with DVDMaestro and have had no problems compiling my project or playing the movie using Real View or the Navigation Simulater, everythings been working fine. But now suddenly when I try to compile my project I get a waning "Invalid Frame Rate!" and the compile terminates.

I just can't understand it, only about 15 minuets earlier it was compiling just fine and the only thing that I have done since then is a little work on my menus - colour mapping etc. I've checked to see if the movie plays in Real View and the Navigation Simulater and it plays just fine no problems at all. I'm really pulling my hair out now!

    Any help greatly appreciated

  2. Do you by any chance have a dual processor machine?

    Set affinity to 1 processor.

Sometimes 2 is not better than 1.

  3. Hi ImaWeTodd

    No i don't have a dual processor only a single Pentium 4 3 GHz.

This problem is weird, I can compile my project without any menus, but as soon as I add a menu i get the error. I have even reinstalled DVDMaesstro just incase any of the system files had become corrupt but i still get the error. I have also run Norton Anti-virus and I have no viruses.

I am totally stummped and pissed off!!!!!! PLEASE help anyone!

  4. Correct me if I am wrong, but I thought a P4 3Gig processor ran as to processors to window. Meaning you basically have 2 cpus in one.

Maestro has a problem with it's multithreaded code.

To get it to only run under 1 processor
    - Bring up task manager (cntl alt del)
    - Under the processes tab, find DVDMaestro.exe
    - Right click it and pick set affinity...
    - Uncheck one of the boxes and click ok

If you can do the last 2 steps, your os thinks you have multiprocessors
