  1. Some say that only CCE can do this job... But can u frameserve with virtual dub and convert with TMPGEnc when making DVDr and get in permanent subs. I know u can do it when making SVCD's.

  3. sure you can,
    frameserve with Vdub will give you the ssa. sub on the 4:3 (above the black strip in 16:9)
    I am using Procoder to make dvd and adding sub's with vobsub and you can put the subs where ever you want and font and etc.

    to make a selectable sub's i use srt2sub and than author in ifoedit...

  4. How do you get the SSA script into SUP format? I've been using MaestroSBT to convert the SSA scripts into DVD Maestro *.SON file + series of BMP files (lots of sync problems thou )

    Want to try out IFOEdit or at least come up with an option for friends that can't afford Maestro (although might chip in an buy Encore for Xmas).
