Burning DVD UTF 1.02

I always make my movies in dvd utf 1.02 version as ive found dvd video wont work on my dvd player

If i burn my dvd files onto dvd and have the dvd set as dvd utf? instead of dvd video, will it still show the menus and allow you to select different videos to play or will it skip this and star the first video?This is putting 15 separate music videos onto a dvd
