    Hi,

i have an mpeg movie in 2 parts however it must have been encoded with 16:9 as the aspect ratio so it looks like a widescreen picture in a 4:3 window on the pc, i guess its this way so it plays as widescreen on a tv rather than 4:3 with bars,

anyway thats what i want to do is resize it to the proper aspect ratio, but is there any way to do this without re-encoding, its already a vcd authored file.

    thanks

    Barrie

You cannot change the MPEG's size without re-encoding. Sorry...
Impossible to see the future is. The Dark Side clouds everything...
