Hello,
I have a video clip i want to convert from MPEG2 Muxed, 480x360 (78.5MB file) downconvert to a small (email-able) .mp4 file.
When i open QT and export the file to .mp4 i get the right size resulting .mp4 file that plays VIDEO only (damn muxing!)
Is there a (semi) easy way to convert this file with the audio intact and in sync? Its ok if the output quality is low (duh)
i have been monkey-ing with FFMPEGX but all the various outputs seem to give me a large (20-40mb) file and some come out way out of sync.
thanks for the help!
Bernie

sure! convert your MPEG2 movie to a .avi using mencoder and then export the resulting .avi in quicktime to a MP4. This exact process has been discussed by me several times in this forum. Let me know if you need help.
