    I have a Title that I just burned to DVD-RW and when I select a Subtitle, it is really bold, almost unreadable. Is there an option in EditIfo that I must enabled/disable/change?

    Yep - you need to cut and paste the subtitle format and colours from the original IFO into your newly authored one.

    If you look in the guides they will tell you how to do this in detail...
