    Try with DVD2AVI or FlaskMPEG or Vidomi. I think DVD2AVI can open SVCD mpgs directly from svcd disc.

    TMPGEnc can do it, just change your outfile file to A divX avi file. (click file, otuput to file, avi file)

    TMPGEnc is an MPEG1/MPEG2 encoder, not an MPEG4 (DivX) encoder. Just changing the output filename extension will NOT work.
