Linking VOB files

I want to know if anyone knows a good program that can take a dvd disk and link the vob files into one file smoothly showing no breaks.

I want to be able to create a single mpeg file from the vobs ( in other words revert back to the original file). I also want to maintain the ac-3 audio. I don't want to convert anything other than linking the files again.

Can this be done?

I think there is a function in SmartRipper where you can rip to one vob, instead of multiple vobs.

not sure how to do it, though... if you do a Forum search for SmartRipper, it was just in the past week or two that I saw a post talking about this.
