Helpzzz,
- If i put 2 audios in a SVCD ( 80 mins media ) DVD2SVCD will reduce the movie bitrate? I could select the audio in DVD Standalone?
- In a SVCD with 2500 bitrate why the permanent subs are with low quality? I made it from a DVD with DVD2SVCD

Yes you will need to reduce the video bitrate, use a bitrate calc from the tools section on the left to determine how much you'll need to reduce it by.
Yes you can select the audio channels on a standalone
I'm not sure why your subs look bad, but why you using perminant subs on a svcd when you can have 8 x Selectable subs?
