How can I sync up subs for a PAL -> NTSC conversion? Ive tried several methods of adjusting the time of the PAL subs, using subrip, subtitle workshop, and about every other subtitle tool i could find but with no luck....any help would be appreciated....TIA!

I'm no subtitle expert but I couldn't figure this out either (as far as keeping the subs in a seperate file) but if you are OK with burning the subs into the image then use VobSub and insert them using an AviSynth script and the subs will synch up.
I tried it once on a 100 minute movie and it worked.
