I haven't really looked properly into this yet but I was wondering if anyone else had experienced this issue:
I have a couple of SVCD videos that I downloaded from the web. The videos are interlaced PAL and when played on my standalone player look great. I wanted to merge them both and put them on a DVD so I used SVCD2DVDMPG+ for the conversion. The resulting DVD plays OK but there is a lot of ghosting during movement.
To be honest it looks like a blend deinterlace filter has been applied to the stream and has converted the video to progressive.
Any ideas?
