Intermediate experience I consider me but this throws me.

When using the CD Image tab in DVD2SVCD tool and having VCDXbuild ticked, I received the following error message upon finalizing the rendering:
"vcdxbuild.exe-Unable to locate component"

"The application has failed to start because cygxml2-2.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix the problem"

Where can I get this cygxml2-2.dll file? Is there a full vcdxbuild package i can download?
