I've successfully used Pinnacle Expression to author DVDs of my home movies. When I do this, the program calculates the compression (video bitrate) to fill the DVD. If the DVD is 'over', it tells you so and won't let you burn. Even if Expression predicts the DVD only has 1 minute left on it, the actual burned DVD has 600-800 Meg available! Expression 'over predicts' the size of the authored DVD every time! I hate this wasted space. Any way to correct this? Pinnacle was no help (surprise!).
Thanks,
Dave

All I can say is Pinnacle Expression did a bad job in predicting DVD size, therefore waste lot of space.
It should NOT be surprising that Pinnacle provides no help. Did anyone get help from Pinnacle before ? Go to their forum and you will see most questions are un-answered by Pinnacle personels.ktnwin - PATIENCE
