  1. Hi to all,

I have a movie split in two MPEG-1 files. When played with Microsoft Windows Media Player, they look fine. When I try to create a VCD from these files, I get an audio sync problem. When I try to de-multiplex with TMPGEnc and multiplex them back with bbMPEG, I still get an ausio sync problem.

Browsing through the forum, I found lots of references to audio sync problems, but none seemed to match mine. Since I'm rather new to this conversion, can someone please help me through step by step? Or, is there a good guide to solve or to avoid this kind of problem?

Hope I'm in the right forum.

    Thanks.

  2. I have a similar problem. I can't find anyone discussing this type problem. I capture xvcd mpeg1 with my All in Wonder Radeon using the MMC Reg tool to fix the template as discussed on this site. When I play it on my computer it plays great. If I burn it to xvcd using NERO 5540 it plays great.
But my problem is that I want a menu with multiple points in the MPEG1 capture on the vcd. So I used Ulead DVD plugin which will let me do the entry points but it gives me audio sync problems. Tried Roxio EZCD 5 and couldn't even get the VCD to play. I have tried splicing it using ifilm editor, powervcr, tmpgenc, etc but then the video is choppy.
