  1. i have tried anything, last thing i did was burn a vcd or svcd to a cd-r using the lowest speed at 1x, and a couple of movies played fine , but i just tried to watch anotehr one, and at minute 35 of 47 started freezing and skipping a lot. what can i do to fix this problem?

  2. Are these all on the same media? If so, try switching to a different brand of CD. This seems to fix this problem with a lot of people.

    Another option might be, if you're close to filling the disc, it might be a player problem. Try not putting as much info on the same discs and see if that makes any difference.

    you might want change your dvd player,try www.bigpockets.co.uk for a ronin p 703 dvd player for £59.99 it will play everything you throw at it and it even has a built in dts 5.1 decoder.

    It's bad media. Everytime this comes up it's always bad media, or burning 1x disks at 2x.
