  1. please can someone point me to the files i need to install to stop these errors - i am able to watch all DiVX and XviD videos on my PC so i assumed i HAD all the correct codec's

    here are the errors

    Just being able to view an AVI, doesn't mean you have the necessary codecs to properly decode it, hence the error message your recieving. use GSpot in the TOOLS section to identify the codec used. It will also report if you have the necessary codec installed.

    The codecs your looking for are XviD, and DivX 3 Low Motion codec (3.11 Alpha may work). You can find both in the Nemo Codec pack, or just browse the CODECS in the TOOLS section to download what you need individually.
