Burnt a DVD, with VCD films.

    1st bin/cue 2 chapters
    2nd mpg
    3rd bin/cue 3 chapters

1st and 3rd play fine, 2nd (title 2) after about 20 seconds jumps to new 3rd VCG.

If you forward though it, you can go though the whole film, however soon as you press play, 20 seconds ish later you loose film again.

Any ideas what could cause/caused that effect ?

I have a pioneer dv-c503 and have the same problem when buring 4 vts (4 vcd's) into one dvd. I tried to burn 1 vcd into a dvd just to check that my player will work with dvcd's(it worked). I used svcd2dvd+ for both trials. I will try and burn using version 1.5 and give you guys a update....Still It is very exciting new software with great support from likeminded people.

Can anyone confirm whether this is just with VCDs or just SVCDs or only when combining?

tried again using version 1.5 using 5 vcd's (some pal some ntsc). result was disappointing. it played good in my computers 2 different dvd's but did not work in my standalone pioneer CD player. picture would lock up after a few seconds. probably for the better, the compilation I was making was a bunch of cartoons for my kid..he already watches to much t.v. I will try again tonight with the 'pan and scan' button checked and see if that works.
