  1. Whenever I use DVD2SVCD with CCE (SP 2.62.01.01) set as the encoder, CCE crashes when the encoding begins. (Just after the VFAPI script)
    It gives an error & exception code about not being able to read or write to memory. I should have wrote down the full msg, sorry.

    However TMPGEnc works fine. Is this a commen problem with this particular version of CCE. Maybe I'm missing some additional software?

    I hope someone can shead some light on this one.

    You have to include an audio resample thingie in your script otherwise it can crash. or it might be somethinh simpler. I hape I heve shed light. :P

    Doesn't DVD2SVCD do all that for me?

    his is only if you are using an Athlon Processor - (there is a tick box in the Audio tab part of DVD2SVCD). DVD2SVCD has known problems with CCE above version 2.50 - if you look at the DVD2SVCD.ORG web page it tells you how to overcome most of them...
