Did you mark start and end at keyframes (Yellow key) and select Vidio > Direct stream copy ?

  4. Ok... I re-did it. It did chop off the scene I selected, but the video is still choppy. it'll freeze and play, freeze and play. The fps is set at 23.97 but is running at like 4.29-10.27... it varies, but whatever. The video aint playing smoothly. What am I doin wrong? I had both video and audio on direct stream copy
