ISO burning problem...help with nero

I have a ISO file 712 mb im trying to put on cd. The problem is when I use nero img tab under "File" for burning I get my first error about block size. Theres only 2 choices to choose from, I tried both and neither worked.
Also I get a error saying there isnt enough space on cd for burning file.

I also played with the settings but it wouldnt finish at "disk at once" or could not perform end of track.

Help me please, I need to burn this file.

I run into this every now and then too. There are two things you can try:

Try burning the iso with Alcohol 120% instead.

Extract the MPEG file from the iso with ISOBuster. Then rebuild the ISO using VCDEasy or another burning program.
