dvdx copy copy protection?? not with nero!

this might be interesting to someone I am using dvdx copy1.5 if I use nero 6.0 version to burn the backup dvd instead of the built in burning engine I am able to backup my backups using nero express?

OF COURSE YOU ARE.

This so-called "copy protection" is just DVD XCopy checking to see whether it is the application that made the first backup and refusing to do another backup of it.

I _think_ you can use it to backup backups made by other apps as well.

It just won't backup its own backup.

Stupid, really.
