Even though an Avi might play in sync on my Mac, the Archos plays Divx and Xvid out of sync unless the AVI is 1:1 interleaved. Is there any way I can check and correct this on a Mac? Archos suggests using their front end utility MPEG4 Translator which uses DivX and Virtual dub to correct AVI files that are out of sync on the Archos. It works but I'm looking for a way to do this before I encode on my Mac, not as a correction afterwards.
