  1. Ok lets see and anyone please correct me if Im wrong...

I got a SVCD PAL mpeg-2 file... and I want to make it play on a DVD-R but with NTSC settings....

If I load my PAL SVCD mpeg file in DVD Patcher and change the settings to DVD NTC and the framerate to 29.976 and then once I patch it, I extract the audio, load it in BeSweet and in there I encode the MP2 into 48k audio and also use the "Force Input Sample Rate" option and change it to 29.976 fps.... And then all I do is use IfoEdit and create my DVD Folder and then open each .VOB file and change the DVD Patcher settings to *480, and then use DVD Decrypter to burn, will that actually change the framerate to 29.976?

I mean.... If I change the framerate in DVD Patcher for Video, and Use BeSweet to change the framerate for Audio, wouldnt that then work? (NOTE: The resolution will be PAL but this situation is for NTSC settings as in syncing solutions...will it work?

  2. Have you considered the problem that you've now speeded up the video by about 20% ???

That is very noticeable with everyone moving really fast and talking in a high voice...
