I didn't found a solution eighter. Strange thing is, it doesn't apply to every movie. So this link is not the right way for me, because I don't know, if I have to re-encode or not. (I rather not) When I have sync problems it seems to be consistent that the audio is about 100 mSec off. 0,1 seconds seems nothing, but I tell you, it is very annoying. (Like to have some feedback if more people are looking at the same value)
After a lot of searching, I still didn't find the cause.
The way I resolve this issue now, before I find a better way:
1. Use SVCD2DVD+ to rip the bins and demux the streams.
2. Import the elementary streams in DVDlab, and compile the dvd, without burning. This takes about 10 minutes.
3. I open the VOB files and watch part of the movie in PowerDVD, to check if I have sync problems.
4. If there is no sync problem, burn it.
5. If there is a sync problem, re-encode the audio stream with a delay of minus 100 mSec in DVDlab. (takes 10 seconds) Import the new audio stream and compile the dvd again without burning.
6. Go back to step 3.
I don't know if other authoring software have the same option to delay the audio.
This works for me, but if somebody knows a better way, please let me know.

The problem isn't only tv shows.. the problem is mpegs in general if you got your hands on a not complete (even when you can play it with you player on your computer it will not tell you if the mpg is complete). I don't have any problems with mpegs i encode myself what ever source they come from i have problems with mpeg i get over the net from friends. If it isn't complete finished getting to me then when you demux the audio it will be off in what ever author program i use..
