Any of you every watch that show on PBS (usually every other month) called Hailey's Hints?
I can't remember the recipe for the super silver cleaner or what looked like a super easy method.
I know it has water softner, salt, water, aluminum foil but I can't remember the amounts of each.
I only found one website via google, but the amounts didn't sound right.
Can any of you remember/have it written down?
Now this is a really off topic post![]()

There was a show on here, in the UK, called "How Clean is Your House?" They used a method like you're talking about, but I can't find it online. (They've instead made a scheme where you pay for daily text tips!)
But I did find these instructions:http://www.tipking.com/Tips/publish/tip_427.shtml
I remember the show I watched said it was important that the aluminum foil is placed in a glass or plastic bowl and they may have used baking soda with salt.
I've used toothpaste before with good results. :c) -
