Newbie-need to burn SVCD's using EZ CD Creator

I'm able to burn VCD's fine with EZ CD Creator 5 Platinum. Can I burn SVCD's with it? If not, what should I get? I've seen a lot of posts mentioning Nero, is that the way to go? Please be specific with what I need. I don't want to spend a fortune, I just want to capture family movies (using ATI AllinWonder Radeon) and put them on SVCDs.

EZCD does not support SVCD. I us Nero to burn SVCDs. I didn't spend any money on Nero I downloaded the demo and then found a crack for the registery, but if you want to spend the money buy Nero it is great.

if you realy want to use easy cd
u can make your image files with iauthor svcd
then burn with easycd
