    Hey

i have a very strange problem with TMPGEnc, when converting from avi either divx or xvid, on some files, it will for some strange reason just disappear. im usually converting to a vcd, normally its at the end of the file and so im still left with an ok file but ocassionally its earlier in the video and it will not go past that point,

when u reopen TMPGEnc and look at the batch encode list it shows it as working, its only happened once with a dvd, but normally with AVI's. It doesnt happen all the time but occassionally.

    any ideas?

Its TMPGEnc that disappears, the file it makes works fine so if it is near the end, sometimes just 2 seconds off the end then the file is ok to use, but sometimes its in the middle either way its very annoying,

i thought it was an avi only problem, either the file on its own into tmpgenc or frameserving it in from virtualdub makes no difference, but just recently it happened with 1 DVD, any ideas?
