  1. When you first register, you should have to click through 10 pages before you can start a new thread, all containing the forum rules. Even though these are right above subject and message areas when posting a new topic, people still happen to miss these. Not to mention alot of the closed topics are newly registered users asking how to convert their bootleg movie to dvd. Is there anything anyone can do about this?

  3. I think the point he is trying to make is that it doesn't work, we get a lot of bootleg questions. But, recently I have either not been catching them myself, or there has been many less than before. Probably due to the new warning system.

this was proposed previously, I like the idea of a multiple-choice test on the rules, so that the new registrants have to actually think about and interact with the rules before they can post....

    >>> 2. If two typists can type two pages in two minutes, how many typists will it take to type 18 pages in six minutes?

I'm a journalist. Math makes my head hurt. Next...

    >>> 3. If it were two hours later, it would be half as long until midnight as it would be if it were an hour later. What time is it now?

Time to get a f---ing watch.

    >>> 4. Which of the following proverbs is closest in meaning to the saying, "Birds of a feather, flock together."?

I think it's "A man is known by the company he keeps."

    >>> 5. What is the number that is one half of one quarter of one tenth of 400?

Took a calculator, but the answer is 5.

    >>> 6. If you count from 1 to 100, how many 7's will you pass on the way?

I think it's 20. No calculator this time either.

    >>> 7. Each number shown below follows a certain rule. Figure out the rule and fill in the missing number.

I bet I could get this one if I cared to spend the time on it.

    >>> 8. Look at the drawing. The numbers alongside each column and row are the total of the values of the symbols within each column and row. What should replace the question mark?

I think I'll just eat the fruit, and therefore screw up your question.

    >>> 9. Two men, starting at the same point, walk in opposite directions for 4 meters, turn left and walk another 3 meters. What is the distance between them?

Far enough away to not smell each other.

......... alright I quit. I'll just go make own forums.
Thanks TGPO, you've just made me realize I'm a complete dumbass.

  7. Your score was 24 out of 30. That is a very good score, you would have a good chance of passing the Mensa test.

I don't think "teabreak" (or "teatime" or "tealight") are single words.

That one actually went farther than I thought it would.
Hope is the trap the world sets for you every night when you go to sleep and the only reason you have to get up in the morning is the hope that this day, things will get better... But they never do, do they?
