TMPGEnc ACM problem

Just tried to do a divx 2 DVD, added video then audio, clicked start and got this error;

"Error occoured when ACM was initialized"

Can anyone help plz?

I had this problems some times, too.
What does it mean?

i believe it to be something to do with the AC3 audio. Wot i did in the end was used avi2vcd to decompress the whole movie again, then extracted the audio in full processing mode using VD.
