Not all dvd players that supports mp3 supports mp3 on dvd. You could check our dvd players list to see if anyone mention it(dvd-mp3).

It it isn't supported you could make a dvd-video with mp2,wav,ac3 audio and still pictures and it should work on all dvd players.

The real dvd-audio format is not supported by many dvd players and I have no idea how to make a such.

You have the right tool there (Winoncd), but you are using it incorrectly. Dont use it to make an Data DVD with mp3 files on it, use the music album feature which will put like 40 hours of audio in mpeg2 format right on your dvd. Use a +R/RW for the burn.

Nero will work if you have converted the audio with a still to mpeg2 using one of the TMPGEnc templates listed in the tools, however, WOCD is by far the easiest. Drag hundreds of files in the project, then hit burn and com back 4 or 5 hours later, and finished dvd music album complete with menus.

I have version 5 of WinOnCD. Is it possible to do this (MP3->MPEG-2) with this version or do I have to upgrade to version 6?

I have the same problem using DVR-A105 with WinOnCD v5. Any suggestions? It won't let me put MP3's on a DVD-R, regardless of what mode I am in, i.e. MP3 Album, Music Album. The error is:

    Recorder Interface Error.:
Recorder interface parameter error in Unknown device function at 0 (0)

I just wanted to point out that while most dvd player will play mpeg-1 layer2 audio some do not. for maximum compatability you should use AC3 or PCM audio.
