    I'm using Ulead Movie Factory to capture my Hi8 video into MPEG2 format. I have only a 40gig hard drive and AVI is just too big for me. My problem is that when I import the MPEG2 file into Pinnacle Studio 8, there is no audio, just the video. Is this a codec or settings issue? Any idea?

    studio8 supports ONLY PCM audio.

    PCM audio was selected, not MP3. I'm still not sure what the problem is.
