Converting PAL Dvd Video TS folder to NTSC???

I have a Video_TS folder with all my VOBS, IFOs etc,
But they are in PAL format. Is there a way to convert them to NTSC format?

That is about Encoding to ntsc with frame rates etc.
I have a folder of Vob files, which I cant encode like that.
OK? Can someone help me convert my VOB files to nstc?

VOBs ARE MPEG2s (with extra stuff)
You can frequently just put your VOBs where the
MPEG2s go in the guides.
You can also extract the MpEG2s from the VOBs first by demultiplexing the audio and video from them and muxing them
back together.

I found a new one step trick though. with MovieFactory2 you Import VOBs
and then go look wherever it has it's working files and the MPEG2s
will be there.

Sorry man, but unless your standalone DVD player can play PAL DVD's there is no other way than to transcode your original.

Pal got different frame rates and size that do not conform with NTSC.

If you can't follow that then don't bother and buy a DVD player that is region free and can convert PAL to NTSC on-the-fly while playing back a PAL DVD.
