    I have a mpeg2 video(m2v) and a wav file.
    What program would you recommend for multiplexing these 2 files into a mpeg program stream?

    However you can not (or at least SHOULD NOT) multiplex a m2v file with a wav file (unless you are authoring a DVD and even then I would recommend ac3 audio instead).

    You'll need to encode your wav file to an mp2 file. You can also do this with TMPGEnc:
