Hey everyone,
I have some NTSC (29.87fps) material captured that I'd like to get into PAL.
Now I can't just flag the file as PAL because that'd drop frames and look very ugly, and I can't just slow the 30fps file down to 25fps because it would sound dumb.
I notice that on TV (I'm in Europe), some NTSC material (before the days of DEFT transfer that is), gets converted by using some sort of effect that blurs frames together. Is there any software I can get to convert NTSC>PAL by this method?
Thanks!
