It's the w.32 worm. I just had to deal with someone who was infected with it over the phone.
Firstly download the Microsoft patch for it from the above links, secondly download the Symantec removal tool for it otherwise you will still have the worm (even though your computer will no longer shut down).
If you can't download the patches before your computer decides to restart then you need to use "Ctrl + Alt + Del" and kill the process "msblast.exe" and also type in your "Run" (under the start menu) box the following "shutdown /a".
That is what I did to get rid of the virus on this person's computer and it has stopped the resetting.

Arrghh, we're being attacked!!! Somehow, it got past the fire wall. I just saw it hit two of my co-workers.
Luckily, I have the MS update installed.
