Does anyone else here have problems with their Pioneer 105/A05 when using RecordNow Max 4.5??? It constantly gives me errors when burning with that program, but my TDK 440 has no problems whatsoever. But when burning with Nero 6.0, my 105 is fine and burns properly, it ALWAYS terminates with errors with RecordNow Max.

Does anyone know how to correct this?

  2. If you are buring dvd movies with RecordNow Max it must be 100% DVD format structure. Meaning you have to have a empty AUDIO_TS folder and VIDEO_TS with correctly edited *.IFO files and needed *.BUP *.VOB and Default.pls files.

It will terminate immediatly if it isnt 100% correct to structure.

There is an option in RecordMax to turn off checking of DVD structure compliant files. But then they wouldnt play in a stand alone.

If that wasnt the problem, then its your media you are using. Try another brand pref. one made in Japan.

But I am burning .iso or .img movies. They are just image files that should burn with no problem. Is there a setting for these also?

  8. I don't know then.

How about RecordNow DX 4.6 (plus the pxEngine of course)

4.6 must be a little bit better than Max 4.5
