I have a M2V file which I am trying to burn to a DVDR. My problem is that no matter how I convert the file, it always stops after about 13 seconds in. Up to that point everything is ok. When I play back the file on its own via Power DVD it plays fine, yet when I do the same with the conveted files it stops. Can anyone suggest a way for me to either crop the front end off in hope that the remainder of the clip is ok, or have any idea as to why it would pause like this?

This actually happens with numerous files. The media plays fine for a short while before freezing completely.
I am converting SVCD files using the following details -
DVD for NTSC (North America and Japan) (MPEG-2 720x480 29.97fps CBR 4000kbps, Linear PCM 48000Hz 1536kbps)
Using TMPGEnc Plus.
Can anyone advise?
