Need help wif divx player's audio codec

hi all big brothers and sisters out there, need help.
i d/l the city of god cd1 n cd2 the filename is as follow:
City.Of.God.CD1.2003.DVDRiP.XViD.AC3-HLS
City.Of.God.CD2.2003.DVDRiP.XViD.AC3-HLS
all the while i couldnt watch it as it is jerky..finally after i install the latest codec pack from kazaalite(http://www.kazaalitekpp.com/) i was able to watch it wif all players, it still jerk abit though, except for divx player 2.1.
it play perfectly but NO SOUND !!
upon starting the playback, divx player prompt mi tis :

AUDIO DATA NOT RECONGINSED BY PLAYER
AUDIO DATA TAG: 8192

MAY NEED TO INSTALL NEW AUIDIO CODEC....

pls help..hw do i solve tis problem...
