    Well the subject kinda says it all. Whenever i try it says NO!!! im using TMPGEnc DVD Author. Must be some way. By the way im putting multiple SVCD's onto one DVD

    It is not possible in general. You may be able to hack it in some way or another, but it probably wouldn't work on most DVD players

  3. TMPGEnc DVD Author will let you as long as the PAL and the NTSC videos are on different tracks.

    Keep in mind you must have a DVD player that will play both formats or your not going to have a very usefull DVD.

    i tried TMPGEnc on different tracks but it just didnt like it. and i couldnt ignore it. mneh oh well maybe one day someone will figure it out,

    I think commercially they always use a two sided disc for that

    SO you could burn a dual side as well

    If you can view NTSC material then it is probably best to convert the PAL clips to NTSC so that the entire DVD is NTSC.

    You can convert NTSC to PAL but in my experience PAL converts better to NTSC than vice versa.

    Then again my experience is mostly with doing PAL to NTSC since I live in the USA (we use NTSC) but although it is POSSIBLE to convert NTSC to PAL I think you are still better off doing PAL to NTSC unless you only have a PAL TV but if your TV can handle a true NTSC signal then that is the best way to go.

    There are a few guides and many usefull posts on this website for doing such PAL to NTSC conversions.
