I don't understand why my video is choppy and so is the audio. I tried buring at 1X - 12X, I tried using different programs and even DVD players. When I view it on my computer before I burn-it it looks great...

I have the same problem ,but some other video clips that i have burned works fine.
I did not know what the reason is.
Most of the video clips or in NTSC ,these works fine.
the one in PAL are Choppy
