    Hi, i just got a few movies from a friend and I would like to encode them to a vcd. He got them off of a file sharing program. I tried to use them in TMPGEnc and it wouldn't work even in Virtual dub. The file name is
    [tmd]terminator.3.rise.of.the.machines.(tcf).ts.(1of2) It says its an avi, but it doesn't work at all in any encoders. It plays in WM but i can't get the frame rate. In Virtualdub, it says it needs some codec called video for windows. How can I encode this?Please help!!!!!!
