Hi ho,
I'm having some oddball setup problems. I *can* capture perfectly.
Does anyone have experience with two (or more) video cards in their PC?
i have 2 video cards in my system (Win2K):
ATI Radeon 8500 AGP
ATI Rage 128 PCI
Mr. TV says at the top:
"Due to limitations of your computer's display device, this video can only play back on one of your monitors. Please move the video window completely onto that monitor."
Well, Mr. TV won't move beyond the borders of this monitor, so i can't move it over there! Also, the TV works good except for that annoying text. If i "alpha blend" the TV into the desktop background then the stupidhead text goes away. (So i do that and open notepad over the TV to get a plain white background. It's ok for watching Red Sox and capturing Hi-8 video)
The stupidhead text is also nice enough to *not* appear in my captured video (whew).
I've tried swapping my primary card around. (The Rage 128 actually gives a sharper workspace at 1920x1200x32 than the Radeon)
The other issue with my setup is the *only* thing i can capture with, is ATIMMC (Mr. TV). VideoStudio and any other "capture" program i try, see nothing.
The only info i can find about multi-heading on ATI's site is that it sez that only the primary monitor can be used for TV. (this is true). In fact, only WMP can work on both monitors, WinDVD and any other players i've tried only work on the primary monitor.
Is anyone else multiheading ATI cards?
danke

Why is it called a "Keep case" if you have to destroy it to open it?
