  3. i take a kick boxing class once a week, i used to go to the gym with a friend every 2 days and eat healthy food, but now he doesn't anymore so i don't, you need a partner to encourage you to excercise.

  4. I used to train 4 hours a day when I played basketball. That consisted of all types of exercise. I haven't worked out consistently for a couple of years. I'm 6'5 and used to be 215 lbs. I am now up to 245 lbs and about 20 lbs heavier then i'd like to be. I intend on getting back on a good training regimen within the next couple of months. It really is amazing how exercise helps the mind, body, and soul.

By exercise do you mean the walk to my car, that then carries me to get fast food? If so then every dang day. If you mean something tiring then sadly no, unless talking with stupid people on the phone counts cause that makes me tired.

  9. Gym 5 times a week after work for about an hour a day.
Mon/Wed/Fri - 20 minutes on the cross trainer and then weights
Tue/Thu - 20 minutes on the Cross trainer, 30 minutes on the bicycle

I am in better shape at 42 than I was at 22!
Just what is this reality thing anyway?

  13. To the fridge and back. I am very lazy.

Up until recently (like a year) I've never really had to worry about weight (gotta love cancer) but lately I've been packing on the pounds a bit so might start doing some exercise.

Absolutely, good calorie burner. Sex with a partner is better though.

Absolutly. I workout 5 days a week in my home. I got a nice wieght bench and dumbells.

I'm 42 years old - 5-7 and wiegh 165 lbs. I still have a 30 in waist. It would be imposible without working out regularly.
Got my retirement plans all set. Looks like I only have to work another 5 years after I die........

    You weigh 9 stone 4 ?! that's amazingly teeny!
Makes me feel a damn fat fool at 10 stone 12. although that's a darn sight better than the 13s 1 i was a few weeks ago.

Envious of the waist-line though, you're the same height as me and i'm currently 32"

    Remember being 28" when i was 14!

Alright, no need to rub it in!

I've actually just started doing sit ups again to aid in the wieght loss. i'm trying to get back down 10 stone (that's 140lbs for you american weirdos, or 63.3kgs for the europeans hanging about near the back) and hopefully it'll only be a week or two now. i need to buy some belts!
