    Ok, Here Is My Question.

I Just Ripped A DVD Using DVD DECRYPTER.

I Only Extracted The Main Files, Not Special Features, Just The Movie Files ".IFO & .VOB"

How Would I Join The .VOB Files So Instead Of Seeing 5 Diffrent Files On My DVD Player, I Would Only Have To See One?

What Software Is There Available To Join These Files, If Any?

    Thanks For Your Time,
    Joseph

  2. You could rename them as mpg files and combine them with TMPGEnc, but I don't know if that would work.

I wouldn't do that thought. When DVD files are written to DVDs they have a 1Gb limit on file size, so if you plan on rewriting them to a DVD it would make this process useless.

JUST DO IT AGAIN LIKE my 2nd comment BELOW WITHOUT THE 1 GIG LIMIT DEFAULT in SETTINGS

because The only software I've been able to use is
    costing $250
Its called MPEG2VCR aka "The Womble MPEG editor"
and it preserves all the original streams unlike all the other cut and join FREEWARE I've seen.. That is you'll still have 2 audio streams if you just join 'em with this program and chapters.

BUT A MUCH BETTER APPROACH if you still have the disc..
Open DECRYTOR AGAIN, chose your movie files again..now go to settings>IFO MODE>and you will see a screen like picture below
pull down and select NO FILE LIMIT and you will have one giant VOB

make sure the OS you're using is 2000 or XP beause you can't do this in 98

  4. Look up vobmerge. Tidy little app that will as the name suggests merge your vobs
How long could we maintain? I wondered. How long until one of us starts raving and jabbering at this boy? What will he think then?

If you like Tekno download one of my tracks

delete your ifo file in that folder

    download IfoEdit

    open IfoEdit

    click create ifos

navigate to your first vob, click open

make sure you check the same as source

    click ok

you should have one dvd movie file

or if you just want one long vob

rip the movie in SmartRipper in movie mode

    in settings

in file-splitting make sure max filesize is checked.it should be already checked

change the max filesize to 9000mb

    uncheck create ifos

Why do you want to join them ? There is no need
A movie consisting of multiple VOB files will play without gaps.
