I am a newbie and have a question regarding the NEC 1300a. I have read on other sites that Xcopy and xcopy express are not compatable with the NEC. I would appreciate any input from some experienced users.

I did try a trial version of DVDXCopy XPRESS (you can download it too, it's limited to 3 copies or 14 days of use ) with exact same drive, it worked. But then I found out there was such a thing as DVDShrink ( freeware ) and succesfuly used it backing up a few of my DVDs.
