(although I am absurdly proud that I was able to cobble together the effect I wanted on my work computer using crap tools... MS Paint and some freeware convertor to get it to jpg...)
I love BJ_M's version...- housepig

except of course, it defaults to saving at about Q=5/100, so even a simple pic like that comes out at 77k, and you have to make it a GIF instead. forget i spoke
(whoa, i snagged a random portion of the pic, and it came out as 640x480, near enough.. whatre the chances of that happening)-= She sez there's ants in the carpet, dirty little monsters! =-

but... my version is the win98 version too!
personal preference - PSP7... mainly because it's just what was most easily available. Photoshop seems to have some nice features (like direct manipulation of size/rotation of pasted selections) but having seen my degree project professor struggling with all other aspects of the damn program it looks a bit less friendly than PSP's simple layout. What can it do that Jasc's product cant now?-= She sez there's ants in the carpet, dirty little monsters! =-

What does the word 'Avatar' mean? In the Hindi language, it means 'an incarnation'.
