Check the DVD Players link: https://www.videohelp.com/dvdplayers to see what media will work with your DVD player. My dvd player won't play most CD-Rs, but will play almost all cd-rws.

  4. you burned it using Nero's SVCD template, right??? not as DATA CD??

    ------

    try limiting burn to 4X..

also, try track-at-once, instead of disc-at-once

  7. @zootedlooter,

try closing Nero's wizard and directly select nero's SVCD template...don't use the wizard...

  9. i'm assuming you're using nero burning rom and not nero express...

when the wizard pops up, click on "close wizard" button...

in the new compilation window that comes up, scroll down and choose the SVCD template...

  11. in Nero, when you burn... you have the "make standard, compliant disc" checked right???

    -------

you should try other burning proggies...they're both suppose to be FREEWARE
