Hi guys,
I have tried converting the WMV video that I have ripped from my digital Camcorder and each time I use TMPGEnc to convert it to a VCD the final MPEG always has stuttering throughout the video. It is perfectly smooth for a while and then suddenly the video "STUTTERS."
What could be causing this? Any way to eliminate it? Is there a better program to convert the WMV file to?? Perhaps a program to "RIP" the video from the Camcorder directly to MPEG without it going to WMV first?
Thanks!
