I need to copy a DVD over 2 hours using a MAC. I have "DVD backup" as well as "Toast Titanium 5.2.1" Is it possible to do this? Is there any other software out there like Pinnacle's Instant Copy for PC that allows you to fit 8 gb on a 4 gb DVD-R?
thanks,
john

yea, you need DVD2one which you can get at www.dvd2one.com
its a program you need to buy and its well worth every penny
once you get it theres a how to at many of our sites (including mine)
get the newbies guide TODAY from me, because my site will be down after 12AM today for a while.
otherwise, TGPO has a great site with a tutorial as well
its really easy. -
Another option, if you wanted, would be to split the DVD onto 2 DVD-Rs. For that you can use Discomvobulator.

a three hour movie looks really decent in movie only mode with the constant video mode instead of variable.
dont do diskcopy, it will look pretty crappy.
